A cool to mild climate region, it is heavily influenced by Lake Garda to the west & the Adriatic Sea to the East. Particularly a style known as 'Soave', a zesty, savoury & intriguing white wine made up primarily of late ripening Garganega & Verdicchio (Trebbiano di Soave). Harvested on the same day, in early April, into the same bins to create a
